How it runs
We measure how the work is done today before we change anything. Then we build with your team, not for it. Each system first runs in shadow mode: it does the work next to your people, and we compare its answers with theirs. It takes over a step only once it agrees with them often enough. Then we measure again.

Work we’ve done
For a boutique law firm we built its internal system in Turkish: case files, deadlines and hearings, time tracking, approvals, and search across the firm’s own legal documents. The documents never leave the firm’s own server, and outside models are used only through routes that keep and train on nothing.
For a European fashion retailer we built pipelines that turn product sketches and packshots into on-model studio photos, campaign banners and turnaround videos. The retailer approved the results and uses them.
For online stores we built a tool that scores how well a store shows up in AI shopping answers and rewrites its product data to fix the gaps.
At a fintech company we are building the first agents with the teams themselves and testing each one in shadow mode before it takes over any work.
